The Golden Eagle Award is our premier quality and performance award for individual employees. The presentation of The Golden Eagle Award signifies AI’s recognition that the award recipient has demonstrated excellence in quality and performance in the following fields; achieving beyond their normal work output; attaining a particular program goal; contributing to significant cost savings; being instrumental in developing solutions that increase quality, safety, reliability, efficiency or performance; being a key player in developing a beneficial process improvement of significant magnitude; contributing to the growth of the company
Rafael was nominated because he met all the requirements listed above under very difficult circumstances. He and his team were challenged on very short notice to assume responsibility for work previously assigned to a contract that was terminated for poor performance. The motivation of his team and his attention to the details were the major reasons for the successful accomplishment of these challenges.
The Golden Eagle Award is not given out on an annual basis. It is only awarded when an employee has achieved a supreme level of accomplishment. Past recipients of the award are:
